DECAPACERO GEL

Rust Removing Gel for Stainless Steel

Useful in any position

DECAPACERO GEL is a chemical preparation of creamy appearance and jelly consistency, specially formulated for quickly removing at cool temperature any oxidization produced in the brazing processes of Stainless Steel and Nickel alloys. With DECAPACERO GEL the parts recover their original appearance, clean and pasivated.

High output. One kilo of DECAPACERO GEL is enough for treating more than 150 meters of weld bead, including the thermical affected surrounding area, or the equivalent of 8mt2 of metallic surface.

Due to its special consistency, DECAPACERO GEL is easy to apply in any position. For this, make use of a synthetic filament brush and apply DECAPACERO GEL like paint on the zone to be treated. Then, wait for the recommended reaction time. Next, rinse with abundant running water and dry. Additionally, before drying, you can apply the "acid residue" remover NEUTRACERO with a brush. After that, rinse with running water and dry at environment temperature or with a clean drying piece of cloth.

DECAPACERO GEL is well recommended for rust removing and cleaning of ordinary stainless steel specially those listed in the following table:
